Linux Goes Non-Euclidian

Nokia and Intel have joined together to create a Linux-based mobile phone OS.

The name?  MeeGo.

Apparently this guy is the head programmer:

(Here’s the artist’s site)

Seriously though, that’s worse than Qinetic for a name.  It’s the Stargate Atlantis level for naming stuff.

(For those who are quietly shaking their heads, the Mi-Go are alien fungus-crustaceans that mine Pluto and do experiments on humans- like sticking their brains in jars to run computers.  They’re from Lovecraft’s famous tales of cosmic horror).  I know people complain (somewhat unfairly nowadays) about Linux being hard to use, but I never found it particularly non-euclidean.
